44: This is indeed Lewis Hamilton’s number, but for the Belgian Grand Prix, 44 corresponds to the number of laps that the drivers will have to complete, this Sunday.
1’41”252: This is the record for the lap of the Ardennes circuit, set by Lewis Hamilton during the qualifying session of the 2020 edition.
100: This year marks the one hundredth anniversary of the Spa-Francorchamps circuit. Let’s hope that for this event, the drivers will give us a magnificent race full of spectacle.
1: Charles Leclerc obtained his first Formula 1 victory at Spa in 2019. The Monegasque driver paid tribute to his friend Anthoine Hubert, who had died the day before during the Formula 2 race.
6: This is the record for most wins on the Ardennes slide, held by Michael Schumacher. The German had competed in his first Grand Prix (1991) and won his first victory on this track (1992).
This weekend, Lewis Hamilton could also equal Ayrton Senna’s number of wins at Spa, with 5 victories.
