This Wednesday, the organizers of the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix unveiled new images of the circuit. The 6.1-kilometer track, made up of 27 turns, is still under construction but should be completed in time for the race scheduled for December 5th.

The race will be scheduled at night and, like Bahrain and Abu Dhabi, will be run under floodlights. The layout could include three DRS zones, to bring more excitement, on a track where the average speed would be around 250 km/h according to simulations.

On the new images unveiled this Wednesday, we can see the new media center, which will be at the forefront of technology. The facility is four stories high and 280 meters long. The end of the construction is scheduled for the month of October.

A photo of turn 13 was also published. This will be a very fast curve, with a 12° incline. Organizers also stated that the stretch between turns 23 and 27, drivers could reach speeds of over 320 km/h.

« This modern, exhilarating, high-speed circuit is a physical representation of the goals we have set for ourselves within the framework of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 program, which aims to build a better country, achieve the dream of prosperity for our nation, and unleash the talent, potential, and dedication of our young men and women,” said the president of the Saudi Automobile and Motorcycle Federation, Prince Khalid Bin Sultan Al Abdullah Al Faisal.
