New fine for Sergio Perez after a very high speeding offence
This Friday morning, the FIA once again caught Sergio Perez speeding in the pit lane. After exceeding the speed limit in the pits in Baku, the Mexican once again pressed the pedal too hard in Castellet.
This Friday morning, Sergio Perez was caught speeding. During the first free practice session, the Mexican was caught speeding in the pit lane at Le Castellet.
The Red Bull driver had already been caught in the act during the Azerbaijan Grand Prix.
Controlled at 76.5 km/h, Max Verstappen’s teammate drove 16.5 km/h above the allowed limit in the pit lane of the Paul Ricard circuit. With this new infraction, the Austrian team received a fine of 1000€.
