The future stands of the Jeddah circuit have been unveiled
Saudi Motorsport Company, the organizer of the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, unveiled the stands of the Jeddah circuit on Tuesday.

A few months before the first Saudi Arabian Grand Prix (December 3-5), the promoters of the event today unveiled the first images of the pit lane. Last March, the first images of the track were revealed to the general public. Jeddah is expected to be the longest and fastest urban circuit on the calendar, with average speeds around 252 km/h (faster than Silverstone).
Designed by architect Ulrich Merres (who works for Herman Tilke), the pit lane building is composed of 4 floors. The Grand Prix promoter describes this building as a complex which takes the form of a landscape composed of multi-story buildings arranged in a staggered manner and highlighted along the main straight line of the Jeddah circuit, with details defined by clean and straight lines.
Built a few meters from the Red Sea, the grandstand building will offer a panoramic view of both the runway and the waterfront.
As for him, Prince Khalid Bin Sultan Al Abdullah Al Faisal, president of the Saudi Automobile and Motorcycle Federation, assures that: The building of the stands is a symbol of everything that this race represents: welcoming, modern, and spectacular. With only six months to go before the peak of automobile sports arrives in Saudi Arabia, the preparations are advancing at an incredible pace and our team is putting everything in place for the first Formula 1 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix in history.
