AlphaTauri already on track at Imola
The Italian team is making our mouths water with a few images of its new racer.
A test day in Imola:
The Faenza team built on the ruins of Scuderia Minardi remains a very endearing team. Endearing indeed, but not lacking in ambitions, especially in this year 2021.
Galvanized by the podiums achieved in 2019, Pierre Gasly’s victory at Monza in 2020, AlphaTauri wants to shake up the established order in the midfield, if not more!
This Tuesday, the team is sharing with us some video tweets of their testing day at Imola, with the very enthusiastic Yuki Tsunoda revving up the Honda V6 engine to show us dynamically the new livery designed for the AT02.
The team joined by Gasly on Wednesday
In the wake of this, on Wednesday, February 4th, it will be Pierre Gasly’s turn to drive the AT02 as part of a filming day. Limited to 100km of running per filming day, the team probably let each of its drivers drive 50 km, or has already used up its two available filming days for the year.
