The good news of the day: Juan-Manuel Correa returns to racing
16 months after his horrific Spa-Francorchamps accident, Juan-Manuel Correa announced his return to competition. It will be with ART Grand Prix in F3.

Juan-Manuel Correa will fully enter the great history of miraculous stories of great athletes. On August 31, 2019, he was involved in the tragic accident that claimed the life of Frenchman Anthoine Hubert.
Placed in an induced coma for two weeks, before undergoing no less than 20 operations, he has always reaffirmed his desire to return to motor racing. A first step was taken last summer when he returned to the scene of the accident when F1 once again stopped in the Ardennes. He then appeared in a wheelchair but was able to walk again.
Today, a comeback to competition has been announced. While he was in F2 at the time of his accident, he has decided to restart at a lower level, in F3. However, he is doing it under the best conditions as he is joining the ranks of ART Grand Prix, one of the most successful teams in the discipline.
He is well aware that elements will need to be addressed one by one: « First of all, I am extremely happy to be back after what I went through. I am very grateful to ART Grand Prix. It means a lot to me to believe in myself and my return. F3 is a transitional year. My dream is still to reach F1 and this is the first step in my return. »
Here is one of the good news stories we all need in these troubled times.
