Racing Point is dead, long live AMR GP Limited
If AMR GP Limited means nothing to you so far, that's normal; since it is the new name of the former Racing Point team.

In accordance with Aston Martin’s entry into F1 in place of the Racing Point team, the latter has officially changed its company name, now called AMR GP Limited.
Enacted on January 6 via an official document ratified by the British government, this new designation was approved by the team’s board of directors on January 4.
This change comes as a surprise because during the notification of the driver change (Sergio Perez to Red Bull Racing) on December 22 last year, his outgoing team no longer appeared as BWT Racing Point but under the name of the new team Aston Martin F1 Team, with BWT having withdrawn its name.
Racing Point, named so since the acquisition by a consortium led by Lawrence Stroll (real name Lawrence Sheldon Strulovitch) on August 2, 2018, is no more. This team name had “hastily” replaced the former Force India at the time.
Beyond the company’s name, the name of the holding company (which includes partners and shareholders) also changes from Racing Point Holdings Limited to AMR GP Holdings Limited. It is this entity that will be listed on the FIA entry list for the upcoming F1 season.
