“The Grand Rendez-Vous” by Claude Lelouch unveiled by Ferrari

The filming of the short film had sparked the curiosity of the residents of the Principality of Monaco on May 24th. Aboard a Ferrari SF90 Stradale, Charles Leclerc took Prince Albert II of Monaco for a ride reminiscent of the circuit of a legendary Grand Prix canceled this year.

The deserted streets of Monaco served as the backdrop for the latest short film by producer Claude Lelouch, a sequence shot with the participation of Monegasque driver Charles Leclerc, Prince Albert II of Monaco, and Rebecca Blanc-Lelouch, not to forget the star Ferrari SF90 Stradale.

The short film in its production is reminiscent of another work by the same producer, « C’était un rendez-vous » filmed in 1976 aboard a Mercedes in Paris.

The video was uploaded on Saturday, June 13, 2020, on Ferrari’s official YouTube channel.

The sound of the Ferrari engine hitting 200 km/h and the stunning images of the traffic-free streets of Monaco are impressive.

We let you appreciate the result in the video below.
