Here’s what the Hanoi circuit looks like
Codemasters revealed today in a trailer the first images of the Hanoi circuit or at least what it will look like in F1 2020.

The urban circuit of Hanoi is highly anticipated by Formula 1 fans because, until now, no one really knew what it would look like despite already knowing the layout, but mainly it will be interesting to see if this circuit can offer a quality spectacle.
It is behind the wheel of Charles Leclerc’s Ferrari that Codemasters presents us with the brand new Vietnamese circuit which, we hope, will be on the calendar as soon as 2020. A presence endangered by the Coronavirus crisis which has already forced several Grand Prix to be canceled, such as those of Monaco, France, and more recently the Netherlands which was also supposed to make its big return this year.
Urban circuit requires that Hanoi’s track is surrounded by the same walls found in Baku, but unlike the latter, the chances of crashing seem lower since the track is much wider, as well as the runoff areas. Comprised of 23 turns and 5.607 km long, one might think it’s a technical and complex course, but in fact, it’s quite simple except for a twisty section reminiscent of Silverstone; most are just long turns where it’s enough to position the car well at the apex or 90-degree turns.
However, it can be noted that the pit exit at turn 2 is not very well positioned as it leads directly into the middle of the turn, which will force the drivers still on the track to deviate from the original trajectory if they want to avoid a collision. We’ll see during the race if this is really problematic or if only the trailer gives this impression.
Hard to say for now what this Hanoi track is really worth, but what is certain is that everyone can’t wait to see it and drive it in the game.
