Mercedes started the W11 for the first time
Mercedes has just unveiled a promotional video in which the engine of the W11 comes to life.
While the presentation of the Mercedes single-seater is expected on February 14 at the Silverstone circuit as usual, the six-time world champion team is teasing its fans on social media by sharing a video in which the brand’s hybrid turbo power unit comes to life.

For several years, some teams have developed the habit of releasing a video clip before the presentation of their car, in which you can hear the first start-up of the engine. This year was no exception to the tradition, and other teams are expected to do the same in the coming days.
The W11 will be entrusted to Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas for a promotional video shoot on February 14 at the Silverstone circuit. The team will then fly to Spain to take part in the winter tests, which will begin on February 19 at the Barcelona circuit.
