Jamie Chadwick stays with Williams in 2020
Jamie Chadwick has been confirmed as a development driver at Williams for the 2020 season.

After a first season at Williams as a development driver in 2019, Jamie Chadwick, the young British driver, has sufficiently convinced the Grove team to be extended.
She will have the daunting task of developing a car that has only shown a very disappointing pace since 2018. Since then, the team, a nine-time world champion, has consistently occupied the last place in the standings.
Note that Jamie Chadwick is the first driver to win the W Series, a Formula 3 championship exclusively for women.
Jamie Chadwick is thrilled to continue the F1 journey alongside Williams: « It was a fantastic opportunity to work with the team in my role as a development driver. The time spent in the simulator has been invaluable, and I have enjoyed every moment, immersing myself in the team. I look forward to continuing to work with Williams this year! »
Jamie Chadwick is the only female driver in the paddock, along with Tatiana Calderon, who has been a development driver at Alfa Romeo since 2017.
