Video: Camera on the pedals and the nose, hop on board an F1 with Gasly
This video from AlphaTauri gives a better understanding of the accuracy and precision required in Formula 1 driving.

Camera on the pedal box, camera on the nose, AlphaTauri invites us on board its F1 AT03 with Pierre Gasly behind the wheel.
Very rare and interesting video that allows you to understand how accurately and precisely a driver uses his feet to maneuver an F1 car through corners at speeds over 250 km/h.
We notice that the brake pedal (on the left) has much less travel than the accelerator. It even gives the impression that the pedal doesn’t move while Gasly applies a force of up to 100 kilograms on it.
