Mattia Binotto calls for calm and patience at Ferrari
Ferrari returns from Baku with zero points, two cars out of the race, and a lot of reliability issues. For Scuderia's director, Mattia Binotto, it's time for patience.

It’s, unfortunately, another forgettable weekend for Ferrari. After two missed victories in Barcelona and Monaco, this double retirement is a huge blow to the Scuderia.
First and fourth placed, Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz, both retired due to a reliability issue on their F1-75. Sainz experienced a hydraulic problem in lap 9, and Leclerc’s engine went up in smoke in the 22nd lap, crushing all hopes of the Maranello team in Baku.
According to Mattia Binotto, all recent problems of the Scuderia are independent from each other: It is undoubtedly a bad day. Compared to last year, we have made great progress in terms of performance. However, there is still room for improvement on the reliability side. We will analyze the failures we have had here, and I will try to manage them until we can get rid of them. There is always work to do. However, I am certain that they are independent, and if you study Carlos’s hydraulic issue, it is evident that it is not the same as in Barcelona, and perhaps the solution is very quick. But first, as always, we must be patient, we need to analyze and try to understand what can be done.
With a 44-0 in favor of Red Bull in Baku and with so many points lost in the last 3 Grand Prix, the road is long for Scuderia, but the season is far from over.
