This weekend, Formula 1 is setting up at Spa-Francorchamps for the Belgian Grand Prix. Prior to this classic event on the calendar of the pinnacle of motorsport, Red Bull released a video featuring some of its Belgian athletes from various disciplines, supporting the reigning world champion Max Verstappen.

The concept of the video is also to mix the virtual with the real, as indicated by the title, “From simulator to reality” «. Indeed, at the beginning of the latter, we can see the Dutchman playing the game F1 22 before he is sent into the RB7, the single-seater car used in 2011 by the Austrian team and which allowed Sebastian Vettel to claim his second world championship.

Max Verstappen is then joined by cyclist Wout van Aert, as well as rally and rally raid drivers Thierry Neuville and Guillaume de Mevius, in order to participate in several mini-games, such as a “pit stop challenge”, a donut contest, and even a buggy race.
