Lenovo becomes a global partner of Formula 1
Following the renewal of the partnership between Formula 1 and Lenovo, the technology-leading company becomes a global partner effective January 2025. As part of the agreement, Motorola, a subsidiary of the Lenovo group, will also become a global partner for F1 smartphones.

Freshly elevated to the status of global partner of Formula 1, Lenovo will continue to provide cutting-edge devices, solutions, and services to support the broadcasting of Grand Prix races on the track and remotely. Moreover, Lenovo will be the main sponsor of two races per season. The brand and its subsidiary Motorola will thus strengthen their presence on the track during events.
A major contribution
After being an official partner, Lenovo is now joining the ranks of the most prestigious sponsors of Formula 1, alongside giants such as Aramco, Heineken, Qatar Airways, and American Express. This partnership goes beyond simple financial support, with Motorola, a subsidiary of Lenovo, becoming the global sponsor of F1 smartphones.

According to Autosport, Lenovo will be the main sponsor of the Japanese Grand Prix, scheduled for April 6th.
Formula 1: becoming increasingly popular
The increasing popularity of Formula 1 is attracting a growing number of sponsors and partners. Lenovo will indeed be the latest global partner of F1, at a time when all sectors are mobilizing to become sponsors and partners of the series. In parallel, Santander has been announced as a new official partner. The current partnership between Santander and Ferrari will end at the end of the year.
