Mick Schumacher at the wheel of his father’s Jordan 191
At Silverstone, Mick Schumacher had the chance to climb aboard and drive his father's Jordan 191 as part of a shoot for Sky Sports.

As we approach the thirtieth anniversary of Michael Schumacher’s first Grand Prix, his son Mick had the opportunity to take the wheel of his father’s Jordan 191.
Present at Silverstone for tests with Pirelli with the 18-inch tyres, the Haas driver was invited by Sky Sports for a drive with Michael’s first F1 car. The television channel filmed the event and will broadcast a segment across the Channel during the Belgian Grand Prix (where the Red Baron made his debut) from August 27 to 29.
On August 25, 1991, the man with seven world titles had qualified in a very good 7th place, before having to retire on race day due to a clutch problem.
The Jordan 191 is one of the most beautiful and iconic single-seaters in the history of Formula 1 and was up for auction a month ago.
