Pirelli and the Istanbul Circuit
Pirelli presents the Istanbul circuit and the constraints it imposes on the tires.
The Turkish circuit and its famous turn no. 8 pose a real challenge for Pirelli tires. The manufacturer, which offered the hardest compounds in the range, had recently conducted tests on the Istanbul circuit to evaluate a new, even harder type of compound, without adopting it for the Grand Prix.
