Friday: Balance problem for d’Ambrosio
The day for the two Marussia Virgin drivers was productive, Timo Glock and Jérôme d'Ambrosio managed to complete the planned test program. The German driver is quite satisfied with his car, which is not entirely the case for the Belgian driver, who hasn't managed to find a good balance. But he hopes to correct this tomorrow even if rain makes an appearance.

Timo Glock – 21st and 22nd
«I had two normal practice sessions today. I encountered some difficulties with the tires; their behavior was a bit tricky, and managing them well for a qualifying lap wasn’t easy. But overall, the day was good, and we were able to complete the planned testing program. We now need to keep an eye on the weather and decide which direction to take.»
Jérome d’Ambrosio – 22nd and 21st
« It was a rather good Friday. We followed the planned program and did everything we needed to do, so that’s a good thing. In terms of performance, the car is not so bad, but I am not yet completely satisfied with the balance, so we will have some work to do tonight. I think the circuit is challenging for the car’s balance, and I feel like everyone is suffering from understeer. So it’s not easy, but I think we can work on that tomorrow, even though we have to keep in mind that the weather might not be as good tomorrow. »
