Indeed, the structure led by Franz Tost also relies on strong support from CEPSA and Falcon Private Bank, both of which have been acquired by the International Petroleum Investment Company. This demonstrates the significance of the investment made by the Emirati fund, which provides a substantial portion of the financing for the Faenza team.
