Saturday: Red Bull on the lookout for the race
After qualifying sessions as rainy as the previous day's practice, the Red Bull team is satisfied with having passed the hurdle of Q2 and placing its two cars on the first two rows. An ideal position to be ready for any opportunity during the race.

Mark Webber – 13th and 2nd:
« I raced here for the first time in 1995, so I’ve really worn down the tarmac here. It was a tight session today with very variable conditions. The cars are very difficult to maneuver when that’s the case. Every time we went out, the times changed by 5 to 6 seconds per lap: there was a lot of standing water and aquaplaning. I was happy to have been competitive when it counted. You have to get everything aligned for Q3. Alonso put together a lap that was just a breath better than mine, but I have no regrets about my lap. I’m happy with what I put on the table, and the front row is what we deserved. »
Sebastian Vettel – 4th and 4th:
« It has been a tough day. It’s still raining now and it will probably be the same weather again tomorrow, so we will see what happens. It’s going to be a long race. We are ahead, which is good. It was difficult today and in the end, we only had one lap where the conditions were the best. I think I could have been a bit faster, but that’s life. It was the right decision to interrupt the session, it’s a shame for everyone watching, but we can’t control the elements. »
