Sunday: Tough race for Red Bull
Red Bull Racing team finishes once again off the podium but can nonetheless take comfort from the 16 points earned this weekend in Hungary. Starting respectively in 3rd and 11th positions, Sebastian Vettel and Mark Webber finish in 4th and 8th places. The Austrian constructor, however, remains in the lead of the championship before the break, with 230 points.

Sebastian Vettel – 4th
« I think our overall race pace could have allowed us a better result. I was stuck behind Button in the first stint, which cost me time. Additionally, there was traffic, so I couldn’t do much. Towards the end of the race, the tires were at the right temperature, so we wanted to try something. Unfortunately, the cars in front managed their tires well, which prevented me from hoping for the podium. However, I am satisfied because the race pace was good. We just need to try to do better in qualifying and at the start. »
Mark Webber – 8th
« We were hoping that the other drivers would have a bit more trouble with their tires at the end of the race. On several occasions, we encountered tire problems at the end of the race, but this time, everything was different. The tires worked perfectly in the last laps, and I was quite fast.
It was very difficult to overtake, but overall I gained 3 places and we’re collecting good points so I’m satisfied with that. Moreover, the championship remains quite open for the end of the season.
