Saturday: The Mercedes remain stuck at the back of Q3
Short on performance, the Mercedes could only manage 9th and 10th in Q3, outpaced by two customer cars, namely Lewis Hamilton's McLaren and Nico Hülkenberg's Force India. The Stuttgart-based team is relying on strategy, weather conditions, and better race pace to climb higher into the points tomorrow.

Nico Rosberg – 12th and 9th:
The 9th place was the maximum we could achieve today. We set up the car well, but we lack the performance to fight more at the front. We are working hard to improve the situation, and we hope that our race pace will be better and that we can score some points. The track and the cooler temperatures should suit us better than in the last races, so I’m looking forward to racing tomorrow.
Michael Schumacher – 13th and 10th:
« The positive aspect of our performance today is that we have improved since last weekend by making it to Q3. But overall, it was rather an average day. We expected to be around positions 8 to 10, but things didn’t go well in the last sector of my fast lap. Looking towards tomorrow, I think we can hope to do well: our long runs were good, as were the tires. Let’s see how the race goes. »
