Friday: Encouraging tests for Glock and Pic
The two Marussia-Cosworth drivers are quite satisfied with their first day of testing at the Buddh circuit. While Charles Pic was discovering it for the first time, Timo Glock managed to set some interesting lap times, leaving the team confident for the rest of the weekend.

Timo Glock – 23rd and 22nd:
Today was a rather normal Friday for us. The track was very dirty at the start of FP1, and it didn’t work very well for us because we had a bit of traffic and I never got a clear lap. During FP2, we worked on the planned program and it went quite well, especially with the tires. The start of the session was good and the long runs were satisfying, which is important for Sunday’s race.
Charles Pic – 23rd and 24th:
« It hasn’t been an easy day today. It’s a new track for me, and I’m excited about its characteristics. While FP1 went well for me, we struggled in FP2, and I encountered a few small issues that interrupted our session. We can still improve for tomorrow, but our pace was good on the long runs, which is a positive. »
