Friday: Di Resta expects a competitive Force India
Having been off the pace in the past few races, Force India seems to be adapting quite successfully to the Interlagos track, as evidenced by Paul di Resta, who feels more confident on the São Paulo circuit. Meanwhile, Nico Hülkenberg believes there is still work to be done to perform at their best.

Paul di Resta – 8th and 10th:
“I think we can be positive after today. Everything went very well and the data looks encouraging. The hot conditions were tricky for everyone and the car was a bit unstable, but we ended the day with a sorted car that performed well in the slow and fast parts of the lap. I definitely feel more confident with the car than in recent races and I think we should be reasonably competitive here.”
Nico Hülkenberg – 10th and 11th:
You certainly feel the heat today, and the car was quite inefficient and difficult to drive at times. Aside from that, it was the same as usual: doing long stints and gathering tire data. We also had an additional set of 2013 tires available this morning along with this season’s tires. It’s hard to judge where we are at the moment, but we have all the information we need, so it’s just a matter of trying to figure things out tonight to be ready for tomorrow.
