Follow the 2012 Brazil GP qualifying live
Follow the qualifications for the 2012 Brazilian Grand Prix hosted by the Motorsinside.com editorial team, in live interactive text, starting at 4:45 PM.

Here we are! Tomorrow, the 2012 Formula 1 season will have a winner. And it’s the Interlagos circuit that will be the stage for the conclusion of a year rich with 20 Grand Prix. Bumpy as desired, hilly and at altitude, the Autodromo José Carlos Pace, located in the suburbs of São Paulo, is an atypical circuit in many aspects. Besides a relatively short development of 4309 meters allowing for reduced gaps, the spectacle could be further heightened by the weather, which is expected to be more than unpredictable this Sunday and perhaps even during this qualifying session.
The opportunity to add a bit of spice to the stakes of this Brazilian Grand Prix. Sebastian Vettel and Fernando Alonso are separated by 13 points in the standings: a 4th place for the German would be enough for him to clinch a third consecutive crown, while the Spaniard needs to finish on the podium to hope for his third title. Also, watch out for McLaren, who recently achieved a convincing victory in Austin with Lewis Hamilton. And the latter could play a role in the title fight as he would love to leave the Woking team on a high note.
