Thursday: Studious discovery for Marussia drivers
Jules Bianchi and Max Chilton discovered the Monaco track at the wheel of a Formula 1 car. A different experience from what they have known since the start of the season. After the excitement of the discovery, the two men set about completing the scheduled program to best prepare for the continuation of hostilities.

Jules Bianchi – 21st and 20th
« It was a good day for us and I really enjoyed my first experience in Monaco driving a Formula 1 car. It was as I had imagined and I am happy to have a good base on which we can build during the rest of the weekend. The fact that we will not be driving tomorrow means we will have more time than usual to focus on the data we collected today, so we should be able to draw good conclusions that will help prepare for Saturday and the race. »
Max Chilton – 22nd and 21st
This track is incredible in a Formula 1 car and as exhilarating as I expected. It has been a busy day, but we managed to complete the planned program, and I think we are confident based on what we’ve seen so far. Once again, the big challenge will come from the tires during the race, but the work we’ve done today means we have plenty of information to help us make the right choices for the race.
