This weekend, Formula 1 heads to Malaysia for the second round of the 2014 World Championship! After the atypical track of Melbourne’s Albert Park, Sepang will offer a more representative playing field for the 2014 F1 cars.
Friday’s free practice saw the Mercedes drivers lead the way with Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg, but the Red Bull and Ferrari cars were not far behind. This morning, it was once again the Mercedes drivers who were the fastest, with Nico Rosberg ahead of Lewis Hamilton and Kimi Räikkönen. However, this final session was not without challenges for the McLaren mechanics, whose cars remained in the garage most of the time.
Like in Melbourne, the rain that could come into play, adding a little more excitement to the situation.
