Jules Bianchi (#17) – 21st and 20th

The Frenchman did not start the day ideally, but things cleared up afterwards and he seems quite satisfied with the final result: « We lost a bit of time this morning due to a reliability issue, but aside from that, we had a good start to the weekend. We have already made progress with the car, so I think we can still improve a bit before the race. I think there are unknowns this weekend, however, given the weather situation, but I’m crossing my fingers for a good race here. »

Max Chilton (No. 4) – 22nd and 21st

On Chilton’s side, things went well and he was able to improve the Marussia even if he remained among the last in terms of timing: « Overall, it was a good day for me. We improved the car with each stint and by the end of the day, we had a good balance, with more time tomorrow to further refine the car. So I’m positive for the rest of the weekend. The main unknown is obviously what the weather will bring, but we will continue with the planned program and hope for the best. »
