David Coulthard will participate in the Race of Champions which takes place this year in Barbados, a country located in the Caribbean Sea, on December 13 and 14. The Scottish driver, who has become an F1 commentator, will form a mixed duo for Scotland with Susie Wolff, a test driver for Williams F1.

“I have always loved the Race of Champions – and it will be a special pleasure to compete alongside Susie for Team Scotland. Since our paths crossed in DTM, we know each other well and we will do everything to upset a few big names during the Nations Cup,” said the former F1 driver who raced with Williams, McLaren, and Red Bull.

The Wolff/Coulthard duo will notably compete against the French duo Grosjean/Ocon in the Nations Cup and numerous other drivers in the individual race.

« It’s great to have DC [Coulthard’s nickname, Ed.] back at the Race of Champions and we’re sure he, along with Susie, will make Team Scotland proud.
