Mercedes unveils the W06 Hybrid at Silverstone
Mercedes, through its Twitter account, unveiled the first images of its W06 Hybrid, during a promotional run at Silverstone this Thursday.

If the day belonged to McLaren, presenting its brand new MP4-30 with a Honda engine in Woking, Mercedes was not left behind, as the team unveiled some supposedly leaked videos of the first laps at Silverstone of the W06 Hybrid, driven by Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg. Later, the first official images were revealed.
This single-seater will have the heavy task of succeeding the W05 Hybrid and its 16 victories and logically seems to be in its lineage in terms of the chassis, even though the front has been revised following regulatory changes.
The official presentation will take place on February 1st, for the first day of pre-season testing in Jerez.
