Toro Rosso to launch STR12 in Barcelona on February 26
Red Bull's sister team, Toro Rosso, has revealed the date for the presentation of its next single-seater. It will take place in Barcelona on February 26, the day before the start of winter testing.

It’s the turn of the Italian team Toro Rosso to unveil its new car for the 2017 season, the STR12. The launch will take place in the pit lane of the Barcelona circuit, at 4:30 PM, on February 26.
The Faenza team will switch back to Renault power this year after a season with a 2015 Ferrari engine. This had put the team in a difficult position starting mid-season against its competitors, who had developing engines, unlike the old specification engine in the transalpine cars. This gives reasons for optimism to the team members who now wish to rank better in the standings.
It is also possible to see that the Renault engine was started at the factory in this small video published on the team’s Twitter account:

The team’s two drivers will be the same as last year, namely the Spaniard Carlos Sainz and the Russian Daniil Kvyat. The latter was demoted to Toro Rosso from Red Bull in favor of Max Verstappen starting with the Spanish Grand Prix, following a series of on-track incidents, including a double collision with Sebastian Vettel in Russia.
