The announcement of the extension of the Australian Grand Prix for the next five years follows the agreement reached between the Formula 1 promoter and the Australian Grand Prix Corporation, responsible for organizing the annual Australian Formula 1 Grand Prix.

The performances over the last three years, totaling 900,000 fans, and particularly the last Grand Prix in 2019 which alone drew a record number of 350,000 visitors, have provided enough assurances for both parties to renew this inaugural Grand Prix of the championship.

In line with enhancing the spectacle, Chase Carey, President of Formula One Group, promises a more exciting 2025 edition, celebrating the 30th anniversary of the Australian Grand Prix, to ensure maximum entertainment.
