The Haas drivers will drive a NASCAR car
This Thursday in Austin, Kevin Magnussen and Romain Grosjean will have the opportunity to drive a car very different from a Formula 1.

After a very disappointing Mexican Grand Prix where the two Haas cars finished 17th and 15th two laps behind the leaders, the two drivers from the American team will be able to forget this inglorious race by driving a Nascar car, a vehicle very different from what they are used to driving.
The tour of the property will be done by Tony Stewart, who, in addition to owning part of the Haas team in NASCAR, is above all a three-time champion in this discipline. The car is none other than a supercharged Ford Mustang ready to unleash its 500 horsepower.
Günther Steiner is eager to see his drivers on the track testing this new toy: « I’m sure the guys will love it, just like Tony. He loves doing this kind of thing. For Tony to be back in a big car, on a big circuit, it’s going to be cool. Our drivers, I’m sure they will enjoy it. Kevin tested a sprint car last year and he loved it. NASCAR cars are big, powerful machines. I think a lot of people will enjoy seeing that. »
To see if Romain Grosjean and Kevin Magnussen will prefer driving the Mustang to the VF19.
