Turkish Grand Prix: Stroll and Norris summoned by the stewards
Lance Stroll's pole position is not yet confirmed after a tumultuous qualifying session. The Racing Point driver and Lando Norris are under investigation by the stewards for not respecting yellow flags.

After an eventful qualifying session (the summary is to be read here) with numerous red and yellow flags, Lance Stroll and Lando Norris were summoned with a representative of their team by the stewards of the Turkish Grand Prix to explain themselves.
The stewards reproach the two drivers for not respecting article 2.5.5.1 b) of Annex H of the International Sporting Code and article 7.2 of the race director’s notes. These two articles relate to the yellow flags displayed during the qualifying session.
The Racing Point driver is under investigation for failing to comply with yellow flags at turn 7 at 4:48 PM local time. The McLaren driver, on the other hand, is under investigation for an alleged fault at turn 8 at 4:07 PM local time.
Qualified first and eleventh respectively, Stroll and Norris are currently being heard by the stewards. If the Canadian driver is found guilty of a breach of the sporting regulations, he could lose his pole position.
