Monaco Historic Grand Prix: the principality prepares to see red
A 12th edition that aims to be festive, as it celebrates the 70th anniversary of the F1 World Championship. 170 competitors will be present to make these monuments roar. You should enjoy it, as the future of the internal combustion engine is uncertain...

The Monaco Historic Grand Prix is held every two years, the last one took place in 2018, and the next was supposed to be in 2020. The pandemic canceled all motor racing events until July. Thus, this year, in 2021, we witness a red wave in the principality to celebrate, among other things, the first victory of “the reds” in the world championship.
Indeed, it was the Argentine Froilan Gonzales in 1951 who gave the Italian firm Ferrari its first victory on the Silverstone circuit.
In 2020, Formula 1 celebrated its 70th anniversary. This celebration was postponed by a year, but that did not prevent the formation of a dense lineup, with 170 competitors.
These cars are grouped into seven different categories named from A to G. The ACM – Automobile Club de Monaco, announces for each category those that have most contributed to the renown of this sport:
Let us also note the participation of:
This selection highlights Ferrari, but there will be something for everyone. The mantra is rarity and an exceptional lineup for this twelfth edition, which uses the current track, itself 80% based on the one inaugurated in 1929.
From Friday, April 23 to Sunday, April 25, 2021, all these single-seaters will follow one another to the delight of aficionados of this sport. Friday and Saturday will feature trials and qualifications. As for Sunday, it will be the races that will determine the rankings among all the participants.
