The current health situation is of great concern to all global authorities. Thus, /f1/actualite/24719-covid-19-bahrein-offre-un-vaccin-aux-spectateurs-et-aux-membres-decuries.html

A well received vaccination proposal:

Sergio Perez has already been affected by the virus last year. He thus missed the two races taking place at Silverstone last year. Not having enough information on when he could be vaccinated in his country, he accepted the proposal.

It was offered to us, and I accepted. Upon returning from Mexico, I do not know when I will be able to be vaccinated. It’s a real opportunity and I thank Bahrain for this offer.

On his part, the Spanish Ferrari driver indicates wanting to follow the recommendations of his team.

I am pleased that Bahrain is proposing this and I thank the Bahraini government for this offer which will allow many travelers to be vaccinated

Some remain distrustful.

If a large majority of the actors in the world of F1 have expressed the wish to be vaccinated, some remain skeptical, like Lando Norris, who was hit by COVID-19 during the off-season.

I think it’s a personal decision. I am in good shape, and whether to get vaccinated or not will be decided between me and my team.
