Théo Pourchaire will make his Formula 1 debut with Alfa Romeo this Wednesday
Theo Pourchaire, the Formula 2 driver from ART Grand Prix, will drive a Formula 1 car for the first time. The Frenchman will test Pirelli 2022 tires on board the Alfa Romeo on the Hungaroring circuit.

Théo Pourchaire will drive a single-seater Formula 1 car for the first time. While teams have been taking turns since the beginning of the season to test Pirelli’s 18-inch tires for 2022, it is now Alfa Romeo’s turn to hit the track.
On this occasion, the French driver will do his first laps in a Formula 1 car aboard an Alfa Romeo on the Hungarian circuit. Tipped for a place in the Italian team next year, the Sauber driver will be delighted to drive this car during the private tests. He was chosen by Frédéric Vasseur and will be at the wheel of the C38 today and tomorrow.
These trials are scheduled for Tuesday, August 3 and Wednesday, August 4, 2021.
🚨 @TPourchaire peut avoir le sourire 😁
