Tragedy in Belgium: the director of the Spa Francorchamps circuit has passed away
This morning, terrible news reached us: Nathalie Maillet, director of the Ardennes circuit, was found dead at her home.
In her house in Gouvy, Luxembourg, Nathalie Maillet was found dead, as she was supposed to go to the Spa Francorchamps circuit to attend the Ypres Rally, the first appearance of the WRC in Belgium.
According to the first information that reached us, the news of a double murder was given by the town hall of Gouvy around 2:30 in the morning, on Houffalize street, according to Mayor Véronique Léonard.
The first lead would be that of a marital drama. Her spouse, Franz Dubois, would be the perpetrator of this murder before taking his own life.
