Dutch Grand Prix – Gasly best of the rest
Pierre Gasly continues to impress recently. This is another good result for the Frenchman who finishes ahead of the others in Zandvoort.

For the 10th time this season, Pierre Gasly placed his modest AlphaTauri in the Top 6. A result that allows the Frenchman to continue his overwhelming domination over his teammate, Yuki Tsunoda, in the qualifying sessions.
Impressive as usual on Saturday, Gasly made a good start to the race the next day by defending his 4th position against Charles Leclerc.
At the end of his first stint, the Monegasque was catching up to the AlphaTauri, prompting the Rouennais engineers to pit on the 25th lap, 10 laps earlier than Leclerc.
Coming out behind Fernando Alonso’s Alpine, Gasly stylishly got rid of it on the 29th lap with a sublime overtake on the outside at the first corner.
Completing 47 laps on his medium tires. This perfect race management allows Pierre Gasly to finish in 4th position, thus offering him and his team a lot of points.
« This is a great result for us, especially on such a complicated track. I had a lot of fun. We had a very good start where we had to manage the two Ferraris behind us. I also had a great battle with Fernando Alonso.
We are on a very good momentum, the car is running well and I am comfortable so I hope it will be the case in Monza as well.
