Sergio Perez and Nicholas Latifi will start from the pits
The two drivers were penalized because their respective teams introduced new elements on their cars.
This Sunday, only 18 drivers will start from the starting grid. Sergio Perez and Nicholas Latifi will have to start from the pit lane after their teams replaced components on their cars.
