Ferrari With 119.5 points more than last year, Scuderia Ferrari is the team that has made the most progress in 2021. With 4 podiums and a regular presence in the points, the Italian company can still dream of a 3rd place in the World Constructors’ Championship.

Red Bull With 118.5 more points than in the 2020 season, the Austrian team is having a successful year in terms of points. This increase in points is largely thanks to Max Verstappen, leader of the driver’s world championship. It is also worth noting the impressive performances of his teammate, Sergio Pérez, who won in Azerbaijan and finished in the top 10 on 13 occasions.

McLaren The English team has 52 more points than last year, greatly helped by Lando Norris ranking 5th in the drivers’ standings. The only downside could come from Daniel Ricciardo, who is 44 points behind his teammate, even though he has a win this year (Monza).

Williams One year after its acquisition, Williams has scored 23 more points in the constructors’ championship, a great performance for a team that not long ago was stagnating in last place. Of these 23 points, George Russell brought back 16 points this year (2nd at Spa) and 7 are credited to his garage neighbor Nicholas Latifi.

Alfa Romeo After 17 Grand Prix, the Hinwill team has 1 point less compared to the 2020 season. Penultimate in the 2021 standings and relegated to 16 units behind Williams, it will probably not be able to reach this eighth position.

Haas F1 Team With 3 fewer points than last year, the American team seems to be hitting rock bottom. Unless there is a stroke of luck, it seems very unlikely that Mick Schumacher or Nikita Mazepin will be able to score any points this year.

AlphaTauri The sister team of Red Bull is lagging behind by 16 points after 17 races compared to the 2020 season. While Pierre Gasly is bringing in big points for the Italian team, Yuki Tsunoda is struggling to find his place in F1 and has made some costly errors that have resulted in lost points for his team.

Alpine Major setback for the former Renault team, which is trailing by 77 points in the constructors’ championship. Despite standout performances such as Esteban Ocon’s victory and Fernando Alonso’s 4th place in Hungary, the French single-seaters struggle to score big points and are too often placed in the middle of the pack.

Mercedes Challenged by Red Bull, the Mercedes team saw its number of points drastically decrease in one season. The silver arrows are 112.5 points behind their 2020 performance. Fewer doubles and fewer wins are the consequence of this points loss. However, this points deficit does not prevent them from being 1st in the constructor’s world championship this year.

Aston Martin They are the big losers of this 2021 season, after a year 2020 in the spotlight, times are tough for the team based in Silverstone. Indeed compared to last season, Aston Martin has no less than 148 points less after 17 races.
