The AlphaTauri for 2022 has a release date!
AlphaTauri is the fifth team on the grid to announce the date of presentation for its next car.
It is on social media that AlphaTauri has announced the presentation date of its future racecar. Therefore, we will have to wait until February 14th to get a first glimpse of the next creation by Franz Tost’s team.
Through its extended partnership with Red Bull Racing in 2022, AlphaTauri hopes to continue establishing itself as a strong midfield team and permanently move away from the midfield pack.
The Italian team will benefit from having the same pair of drivers as in 2021. It is an advantage because Pierre Gasly and Yuki Tsunoda will be able to guide the development of the car to the best of their abilities since they are among the creators of the AT03.
With a Yuki Tsunoda in such good form as he was at the end of the season, the Faenza team easily has an explosive line-up that, with the right car, could fight for regular points finishes.
The first weekend of this 2022 Formula 1 season will start on March 18th in Bahrain.
