Bahrain Grand Prix: Vettel positive, Hülkenberg returns!
There will be a noticeable absence on the starting grid on Sunday: Sebastian Vettel tested positive for Covid 19. In isolation, he will be replaced by Nico Hülkenberg.

Not yet launched, the 2022 Formula 1 season is already full of surprises.
This Thursday, on the eve of the first free practice sessions, Sebastian Vettel tested positive for Covid. He will not be participating in the practice sessions nor the race.
His replacement is none other than Aston Martin’s third driver: his compatriot Nico Hülkenberg will take his place alongside Lance Stroll.
The German driver makes his return to the starting grid. His last appearance dated back to the British Grand Prix in 2020. He had taken Sergio Pérez’s place in the Racing Point, who was also positive at the time. He qualified 3rd behind the Mercedes, but was unable to defend his chances in the race.
For his return, Nico Hülkenberg will undoubtedly be eager to show that his talent has not disappeared. Let’s remember that the German holds the unfortunate record for the most number of Grand Prix races without a podium.
So: With Vettel absent, will Hülkenberg’s lucky star shine?
