The sun should reign in Barcelona for the Spanish Grand Prix
The Spanish Grand Prix, the second European event of the season, is expected to take place under dry and hot weather conditions according to the latest weather forecasts.

The Formula 1 single-seaters will be back in Europe next weekend. After a stint in Florida for the first-ever Miami Grand Prix, the Catalunya circuit will be the next stop on the 2022 calendar.
While wet conditions were present in Imola last month and the threat of storms lingered in the Florida sky during the race ten days ago, the chances of rain above Barcelona are low for this week.
As in all of Western Europe currently, temperatures are warm in Spain, even though thunderstorms can occur in the evening. According to Weather.com, conditions will still be ideal for the F1 Grand Prix.
From Friday to Sunday, the sky will be slightly cloudy with a 5% chance of rain. The wind will increase slightly throughout the weekend, with gusts reaching over 20km/h on Sunday. As for temperatures, they will be around 25 degrees on Friday and could rise up to 30 degrees on Saturday and Sunday.
