Mercedes has tested its developments at the Paul Ricard circuit
Mercedes will bring upgrades to Barcelona this weekend. In anticipation of the start of testing, the German team was able to test their new package at the Paul Ricard circuit as part of a filming day.

Mercedes is having a less than expected start to the season. Despite not-so-catastrophic results, the performance of the W13 is not as good as one could expect from a team that has won the constructors’ championship eight times in a row.
Faced with this rhythm problem, Mercedes is trying to find solutions and it obviously includes the introduction of evolution packages on the car. Like many teams, the German team will bring improvements to Barcelona this weekend.
And even before the start of the weekend, Mercedes was able to test their new package on the Paul Ricard track as part of a filming day. George Russell was behind the wheel of the W13 for 100km, which is approximately 17 laps of the Castellet circuit, as allowed by the limit for these testing days.
Meet me on the track in a few hours now to find out the real effectiveness of these improvements.
