DeLorean EVolved: One-Way Ticket to the Future
40 years after the DeLorean DMC-12, made famous by the film Back to the Future, the brand is rising from its ashes with a new 100% electric model: the EVolved.

DeLorean is only known for the DMC-12, with approximately commercial success in the 80s. However, riding the electric wave, the brand is reigniting the flame with a concept car signed by ItalDesing. We can find what made the success of the first model, including the louvers on the rear window, as well as the famous gull-wing doors.
Regarding the motorization, no information is available except that it will be 100% electric with a range of around 480 km (300 miles), which is more than a Porsche Taycan and an Audi e-tron Sportback. The price is not known yet.
The concept will be presented on August 21, 2022 at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Élégance. In the meantime, images have been published online, and the official unveiling is scheduled for May 31st. DeLorean currently has no plans for mass production, but a very limited production is being considered.
