Alpine celebrates Pride Month with a partnership with Racing Pride
Alpine is committed to Pride Month. The French team has signed a partnership with Racing Pride to make the sport more inclusive.

After Mercedes, it is Alpine that is committed to celebrating Pride Month. The French team has announced a partnership with Racing Pride, the initiative aiming to promote LGBTQ+ inclusion through motorsport.
Alpine is working with Racing Pride to understand the challenges faced by the LGBTQ+ community in sport, to combat prejudices and make Alpine a safe and welcoming workplace, regardless of sexual orientation, gender expression, or gender identity, the team explains in a statement.
Racing Pride has helped Alpine implement initiatives within the team in favor of the inclusion of all communities. The team has established a diversity and inclusion committee, composed of a range of employees from different backgrounds, including the LGBTQ+ community, to recognize the importance of individuality in providing an open and welcoming workplace.
It aims to identify the main areas of progress needed to create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment, as well as to ensure that future generations have equal opportunities to participate in motorsport. This is explained by the Viry-Châtillon team.
The Racing Pride logo will also be visible on Esteban Ocon and Fernando Alonso’s A522s starting this weekend in Baku.
We are excited to confirm our partnership with @AlpineF1Team.
The progress pride flag looks beautiful on the car, but this is about so much more.
It’s sincerely communicating together a commitment to all members of the LGBTQ+ that they are valued, respected, and welcome. 🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️ pic.twitter.com/SHgIDtBxfi

Laurent Rossi, the boss of Alpine, hailed his team’s initiative in support of the inclusion of the LGBTQ+ community.
The LGBTQ+ community has lacked representation and visible support within our industry, and we need to change that. We want Alpine to be an open, inclusive, and productive workplace where our employees feel happy and supported. Pride month is a good starting point; we know we must do more to give this community a voice and representation.
