New engine for Perez and Verstappen
At the dawn of the Azerbaijan Grand Prix, Red Bull has chosen to bring new components for its power unit, including a brand new engine block for both of its drivers.
The FIA has published, as usual, the list of new parts used by the drivers this weekend. For the first time this season, Red Bull is bringing new parts to a Grand Prix.
Change of engine for Sergio Perez as well as Max Verstappen, the latter will also use a new turbocharger, as well as an MGU-H and MGU-K, while his teammate only gets a new MGU-K.
As a reminder, drivers are allowed three engine, turbo, MGU-H, and K units before incurring a penalty on the starting grid on Sunday.
