Ricciardo has hope for Montreal
Daniel Ricciardo is still the center of discussions in the paddocks, but for him, Canada holds good surprises.

After an amazing Azerbaijan Grand Prix from the Australian, finishing in the points and ahead of his teammate, Daniel Ricciardo seems to be getting a better understanding of his MCL36. Riding a positive momentum, the McLaren driver has high hopes for the Canadian Grand Prix.
« All my favorite races seem to start with M, Melbourne, Monaco, Monza and, of course, Montreal. I’m thrilled to be returning to Canada after a few years. Montreal is a great city and there’s always a fantastic atmosphere, so I’m excited to soak it all in and use it to keep moving in the right direction – it’s always a fun race.
« I won my first victory there in 2014, so I hope to be able to use some of that Canadian magic to score more points for the team this time.

The Australian also spoke about his previous weekend: “It was great to return to the points in Baku after a few difficult races. It was tough, but hard work and determination clearly paid off and I will use this momentum to approach the second part of this double-header. I am super excited.”
With the often unpredictable weather and thrilling races, the Canadian Grand Prix is a weekend that will hold many surprises.
