Ferrari and Red Bull break the curfew in Montreal
Red Bull and Ferrari have been taken over by the FIA after breaking the curfew imposed on teams. There will be no penalty as this offense is tolerated up to eight times per season.

Red Bull and Ferrari broke the curfew last night in Montreal. The mechanics from the top two championship teams were in their garages in the evening, which is prohibited by the regulations. Indeed, it is not allowed to work on the cars the day before the first free practice session during a 13-hour period.
In Canada, this period extended from Thursday evening at 8 pm to Friday morning at 9 am (local time). The FIA warned both teams, but this is only the first transgression for Ferrari and the second for Red Bull after Saudi Arabia, whereas teams are allowed up to eight transgressions per season.
